I also use a micro fiber towel. I think that is the best way to clean the interior. I also use a micro fiber sponge to wash the outside. What I do to clean the little spots, like the window switches is in my left hand, a can of air duster. In the right, a vacuum hose. A light squeeze of the airwill do the trick.

AAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHH No!!! Armor All is the worst product for your dash!!! Over time with heat and other extreme weather this will make your dash more prone to cracking or warping! All you really need is a wet cloth/rag. Trust me!

I have a '95 Dodge Ram. I'm on a Ram forum and a LOT of the 2nd Gen guys have really really bad cracked dashes. Those dashes are hard plastic. Most of these guys take 'great care' of their trucks and wipe their dashes and plastic with ArmorAll and other products. When these dashes crack it's not just a small crack. It's a crack and split where chunks are missing leaving a gaping hole. Mine... I off-road my truck and keep a thick layer of dust on it. Colorado hot, cold, bouncing, dirt, dog slobber, 15 year old truck, no cracks in my dash at all.

My advice... keep a thick layer of dust on it. You'll be better off in the long run.

Oh, and you definitely don't want shine on the top of your dash. Or anything that is going to evaporate and gunk up the inside of your windshield.

Canned Air, I guess that my Air Compressor was considered canned air, and it did a better job on the Carpet than a vacuum did also.

Old t-shirts work well too! But I think the diaper would be a better idea. Maybe a shammy that you only use on the interior.
