For my own opinion, Black wheels disappear on a bright red car.
Gold wheels? Workable but gold and red seem like High School colors.
A light gray or hyper-black will help hide the brake dust longer and stand out a bit more, but for True Red, silver is the one that stands out the most and looks best, imo.
Carefully done, a black hood, such as painting the power bulge, could look good. But again, wouldn't over do it.
Just my .02.
