Default CEL Code P0037

I'm pretty new to the DIY business, so apologies in advance if I'm newbin' it up. Just picked up some tools to do basic maintenance in my garage though, and this one seems simple enough.

This code is for an O2 sensor, bank 1, sensor 2. I've already replaced fuses just in case it was a simple fix, wasn't that lucky. I have a question about this though, I'm having trouble finding the right part, all the parts stores have 5 or 6 different sensors to choose from.

Does anyone know if this DENSO will work out okay? One on the top, Part # 2344329

RockAuto Parts Catalog

Thanks!

Edit: Oh ya, 2.3L 2007 Mazda 3.

(HO2S12) Bank 1 sensor two, is the downstream sensor, usually in the cat or slightly behind it. The higher ( HO2S11)or 1st one is the A/F sensor.
