Canuck Motorsport Lowering springs
ive heard a few good things about these and for the price you really cant beat it under 183 shipped. from what i hear they are basically the same as the sportline kit. just wondering if anyone has used these? or has pics?
there are just a ton of springs out there to choose fromand im olny 20 so i dont have a ton of money to through around but i want my car to have that nasty stance with out looking like all the stupid civics out there that are slammed to the ground. ive done alot of looking around on mazda3forums, mazda 247, mazda speeders and ive looked a drop zone, megan racing, eibach, tein, h&r, and canuck and there seems to be alot of possitive feed back and lot of negative on some stuff to, and alot of the negative seems to be about blowing stock struts so i know you reallt need to upgrade struts before you can really get good preformance out of your springs... BUT for now i just want spring and when i get the money ill get stuts and shocks.
so what is my best bet for under $200????

i got ahold of some tein lowering springs when they first came out for $40 that was about 3-4 years ago and ive had them on my stock struts that im still running on. All that you listed are fine but ive never heard of canuck motorsports though. Id just get some eibachs and call it a day. Oh but stay away from dropzones those are the crap brands. Road magnets are pretty beast too
Several members of the Vibe forum use Canucks, and the comments are usually that they lower the car quite a bit (of course a stock Vibe is pretty high) but they ride quite hard too. Be prepared for a backbreaking ride if you decide to run them.
As Tracker said, you'd probably be better off to save some more and buy a Prokit. Or, look for a set of gently used street springs from someone going back to stock, or upgrading to coilovers.
I found my H&R's on eBay for $75/set a few yrs back.
thats just the thing i looked and looked for used one but cant find any. i live outside of cincinnati ohio and there isnt a real big mazda communitee out here in hick contry lol mosty lifted truck (which i also have lol ) and slammed civics that have not other mods except for fart cans, and im not into that at all i want to have a real clean look with a nice stance but like i said i dont have much money to spend.
i read on another mazda forum that some guys were running them with luck but it wasnt on a 3 i think it was mostly protegs
and oh btw they are a canadian company here is a link to there site

I believe that listing to be wrong. S-Tech lower around 1.5" drop.

those are the exact springs i have on my car, i was told that it was a 1.5 in even drop all around but its more like 1.6-1.8 drop in front and a 1.1-1.3in drop in the rear, i really hate the "srt-4" stance that it gives. i cant complain though rides great on stock struts n shocks, imma redo the suspension in the future though. Also im running on 215/50/17 and i rub in the front when turning
hmmm yeah thats what i was afraid of i didnt want that nose diving look and thoes are the same size tires im running... desisions desisions...
so its looking like eibach is my only choise if i dont want that look lol but i want a little more drop than the pro kit. any one have experience with the sportline kit??
