Canister Purge Valve Location for Codes P0442 and P0456:. Above frame near passenger rear spring assembly. It's difficult to reach, but you can replace it in an hour or two with patience. It's oriented upside down and unless you trace the 1 inch hose away from the gas filler neck, you'd miss it.
It's mounted on a bracket that helps hide it.
