Don't know the make/model of wheel; however, I can tell you that they're at least 18" in diameter.

To me they look like factory rims that have been powdercoated.

They look to me like they are early Mazda5 wheels that have been either painted or powder-coated black.
A better picture would help me bee more sure though.

Yes, it sure does. I've seen those before but don;t remember what/where they are from. It looks like only part of the kit was installed and probably rightfully so. Complete kits usually look like crap to my eyes, but choosing the best of the worst can have a good effect on the overall look of the car.

Just my .02.

Sure! It's an early first gen, before the facelift in '07 which would put it in the 2004-06 catagory. The color was called winning blue mica... no longer offered.

First of all, I made a mistake in my last post. I'm on this little netbook which when the screen is not pointed exactly the right way doesn't have the best colors.
The color of that sedan is Titanium Gray Mica, but also a discontinued color.

Graphite is what some call the color my wheels are. They look like pencil lead in the sunlight. So I would guess that graphite mica is either a dark gray, darker that the sedan, or a metallic black.

The biggest issue most people have w/the 2010 and later Mazda's is that smiley grin they all seem to have... the MS3 and now 2012 Mazda5 being the worst of them, so far. Many think it looks rather silly... and I don't completely disagree. I think Mazda styling division could've done better.
I also prefer the taillights of the first gen models to the second gen cars.
