Default Bose speaker cracking/static

I just got a 2010 Mazda 3 S with the Bose system. I’ve noticed slight cracking/static when using Bluetooth. Not sure if it’s there when using cds or not. I’ve read other threads and it seems like others are having/have had this issue but I haven’t saw many resolutions. My question is 1 any tips to try to get it to stop and 2 I was thinking of changing to a double din anyway. Has anybody that has had this issue change the HU and if so did it fix the problem? Thanks for any help

Have you tried a CD?

Any issues listening to the radio?

Have you tried another phone?

Have you tried using a AUX cable?

These cars are known for the Bose amplifier dying/ playing up.

I haven’t tried a CD. Radio doesn’t seem to be affected. I was going to try Aux but I forgot the iPhone needs an attachment for the Aux cord. When I bought the car the guy that I bought it from just replaced the amp. I’m wondering if he did something wrong when replacing? It should just be plug and play if he replaced with another Bose amp right? Another friend I talked to seems to think Bluetooth with these Bose systems weren’t all that great and it would be fixed by upgrading to a double din unit.
