Default Borla Exhaust questions

Hello. I am fairly new to this. I want to purchase a borla exhaust system and i found one on this site but i have many questions.

http://www.autoanything.com/exhausts...A3563A0A0.aspx

First i was wondering if this exhaust system will fit in my 2010 mazda 3i sport sedan.
Second if this kit comes with mufflers.
Also if it would look like a dual exhaust when installed on the vechile.
Dual exhaust like in this picture link http://www.autocityimports.com/image...s/140045-2.jpg

No Henry. I don't know if Borla makes one, but it appears that site only carries it for the 2010 Mazdaspeed3 which will not fit your car. In fact all the systems (3 of them) for the 2nd gens on that site only fit the Speed.

Your car has dual exhaust outlets, doesn't it?

Default exhaust

thank you and yes it has dual exhaust outlets but the car came with a single exhaust. I was looking for some kind of catback exhaust system that would fit in my car.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but only the 2.5 liter Mazda3s have dual exhausts.

I have to admit that I'm not really sure. There are probably hundreds of 2010 3i's around in north Austin. I'll have to be more attentive and look more closely next time.

And Henry, one thing I do know is that they all have a single exhaust, some at least have the dual outlets. I suspect for esthetic reasons more so than performance? What would be the point of putting a true dual system on a 4 cylinder?

Default Exhaust

To be honest i really don't believe there is much, if any performance gains but i love the way it looks and the exhaust sound.
