Default Blue backlight?!

Ok what's the deal with the blue lighting thats always on my speedometer and makes me dials look purpleish at night?

It's amazing but I cant figure out where it is!

There are blue LED lights at the top of the arches pointing toward the reflective silver parts.

At the top of the gauge hoods you can see a little divot sticking down in the middle of each one. That houses a low key blue LED that faces and illuminates the gauge face whenever the doors are opened or the running lights are turned on. These are in addition to the backlighting in the gauge pod itself.
Some like the blue so much that they have taken the time to convert the backlighting to all blue. To me it's not worth the time, trouble, expense or the possibility of screwing something up.

I wouldn't like it if it were all blue. The blu/red combo is awesome. Thanks!
