Default Dash Backlight out

Hi there,
I have a 2002 Protege and the backlight on the right side of the dash recently went out. I am assuming this is either a fuse or a bulb that needs to be replaced? The left side is still lit, its just the right side. Everything else still works: headlights, taillights, turn signals ect. I checked the dimming switch and the left side still dims and brightens but the right is completely out. Can anyone tell me if this is a simple thing I can fix or something I'll have to take to the mechanic? thanks!

i think its just a bulb because most of the time if there is a bulb on the left and right side of the car inside the cab which i think your talking about most of the time it run's off one fuse i would check the bulb i beilive thats the problem.
