Default Anyone have dyno info on a CAI + cat back HP gains?

Was thinking of adding a cold air intake and a catback exhaust, for some added power and a little sound...
Just wondering if its worth the $600-$900 it's going to cost??
I also don't want the car to sound like a chain saw when I get on it....
Will any of this stuff trip my check engine light??

thanks

Oh I'm sorry. I posted a link to show you power gains for a cold air intake so you can make the decision on if it is worth it or not. My bad. I apologize for posting information to your thread that doesn’t mean anything to you. Good luck in finding information on cold air intakes that show you if it is worth spending the money on them.

The post with the link and info was useful. THX

But did you see the post I quoted of yours???
What does you searching yahoo for the info have to do with me
asking the guys on the mazda boards about CAI hp gains??
I too could have seached BUT I would rather ask the guys that have done it with mazda3's
from the mazda boards because I thought it would be a more realiable source.

Ohhh wait just did a google search and found another mazda3 board with ALOT more info and better catogrized.
thanks..
PS
for some that might care.
Found out that the only CAI you can put on your car is the mazda one or you chance voiding your factory Warrenty.
Thats not an option seeing I have a bumper to bumper for 100k
Here is the mazda CAI.
