do you mean sway bars?

if so, than ya, they just bolt on.
you have to remove the old ones, of course, but ya, you just bolt them on. at least thats the case for the rears. i havent taken a look at the front ones yet.... but im sure its the same deal

I don't mean to scare you off, butwhile the rear is easy and a 15 minute job,the front is anything but. It involves dropping(lowering) the front subframe to remove and installthe bar and that can take several hours of intensive labor.
That said, I believe the Eibach kit to be the best of both worlds for a street car, or the weekend warrior. Not too much for most circumstances and not to little either. But remember that you will need to drive more carefully in in-climate weather as more sway bar helps in the dry, it can make you skid easier in the wet, snowy weather.
I also understand that they are the same bars that Mazda sells as Mazdaspeed bars.

i thought you could just unbolt the front swaybar and pull it thru the car (very carefully).....

i'll have to take a look at this next week when i bring my car into work to fix my rear springs....

Can you post back after you look at your car?
I dont have a place or the tools to do something major.
I know tirerack deals with some of the goodyear tire places around here.
maybe they can install them. But I hate paying someone to work on my car.

he is correct in that eibach does make the front and rear swaybars, as well as the coilovers, for mazdaspeed.

the swaybars are a great addition for enhancing the vehicles road holding ability.

you will definitely need a jackstand for the job.

The "tray" he refers to is the front subframe.
When my friend had his RB's installed, it took the professuional in a shop 4.5 hours to do both.

And what's this about dropping the rear subframe? Take out the four bolts, 17mm heads iirc, to drop the center tie plate and install! It took me about 20mins to do my Progress bar in my gravel driveway (OUCH!! Those stones HURT!!!) I did not have any instructions to go by, but I do own a compressor and air tools.
