Last night I was next to a Civic SI at a light. I took off kind of quick but not floored. This guy took off something quick though. Man, I had no idea these new little Civic coupes could move that quick. I was just looking at some of the numbers on the 2012 and power to weight is right up there with the Speed3.

 

ofc, are you really that suprised? The k series engine is one of the best 4cyl power plants since its first release. With simple bolt-ons it revs as high as an rx8 and pulls through all gears. Plus their stock engine management isnt as poor as ours ex. they also have electronic tb but the lag isnt as near as long as ours also it opens all the way, it almost acts like a true cable tb.
