'06 Mazda 3 vs. '05 civic si

Okay, I just bought a new 06 and I have a buddy who has a civic si. I just got past the first 1000 miles and I'm ready to tango. Which car do you think is going to take the "checkered flag"?

If it was a stock Civic I would give it to the MZ3. You are racing a Si though. So I would put my money on the Si. Mazdaspeed3 vs Civic Si would be nice race though.

i think a Mazda3 would eat the Si on an autocross course...and i also think that the 3 might have a chance in a straight line since the Si is lacking much in torque.
