Hi, I brought my 2021 Mazda 3, two wheel drive into a shop for an oil change. I was notified that I needed a “4 wheel alignment.” I was not experiencing any steering issues so I am hoping a Mazda mechanic could tell me if I was out of spec on the pre alignment numbers? I just want to know if the shop was shooting
me straight, if they weren’t then I’ll never go back obviously. Thank you
It does not have to be a "MAZDA" mechanic. The programs are universal on the Alignment racks and if you got the sheet as you did because its posted in your response the system used was updated for your vehicle. And yes you need an alignment.
Being out of specification does NOT always mean that you as a driver would feel it. However your would eventually see it in the uneven wear pattern in your tires which could eventually cause the tire to become a problem uncorrectable even with an alignment and needing to be replaced.
