Went to create an account at SiriusXM and it did not recognize my VIN (2014 just off the boat). Their web site said tune to CH0 for the radio ID, but the Infotainment system starts with CH1. Called Siruis and they were totally clueless.

Any idea where I can find the SiriusXM radio ID on this model?

 

Even though it's not listed in the channels, you can get to it by going to channel 1 and then choosing the previous channel with the << button on the infotainment screen.

 

Well, that seemed to work, but the id is truncated, so that screen is useless. My dealer went higher up in Sirius management and they found the info and activated the radio.

 

Just tried the previous channel (from 1 to 0) method on my new 2014 Mazda3s with the touchscreen and it worked, the radio ID was displayed on channel 0.
