So I am having the same complaints as so many others about the Nav system its an absolute nightmare!Is there a software update available I have had the car for only a week

But my question is for playing music through the usb ports why is it that I transfer folders from my computer to the flash drive but when I bring up the folders menu on my infotainment screen they are not listed as folders! does anybody else have this happening to them also there is playlist how do you get playlist loaded to that feature

 

If I remember correctly, when you go to "Root", there is a folder icon on the left - touch it and you get the list of folders.


Somebody recommended here that you just put every file in the root and then sort by album, artist, etc.
