Mazda 3 MAP Sensor Harness Help
I need some help sourcing a Mazda part. I have a check engine light on due to different IAT readings on my 2013 Mazda--and I found out it was due to a broken connector to the MAP sensor (I assume during my previous service at auto repair shops, it was broken but I was not notified).
The MAP sensor on the 2013 Mazda 3 is one of these

but the entire connector/harness retails for $980 from a Mazda dealership. I could possibly source one from a junk yard, but that would still run me $350-400, plus ~2 hours of labor to replace and install. A local repair shop I went to said if I could get a hold of the connector and ~6" of the attached wire, they could splice it for a nominal fee. However, I have looked all over the internet and cannot find a similar connector. Can someone recommend where I can find one so I don't have to spend $600+ for a repair that's not even my fault? Fyi, my car is out of warranty so taking it directly to the dealership is not an option...
