2013 Mazda 3 airbag

We just had the driver airbag and seat belt replaced due to a collision and now the seat belt light won't go off. The dealership did not do the repairs. Could it be a dealer only reset thing?

Did they replace the SRS control unit? & recode the replacement unit?

I'll give an update later today as it's at the dealership now. But what I was told is that Mazda has to reset the unit.
