Hi everyone.

As as I was changing my low beam on the drivers side I had an issue.

I was able to disconnect the bulb from the wire, then turned the bulb a 1/4 turn and it came out fine. The issue is that the piece that bulb sits in came out with the bulb and then fell down inside the engine cavity and is trapped.

The issue is the bulb now has no way to lock in place and sill dangle without the piece to lock it in place.

Ive been looking around online but can’t seem to find the replacement piece to put the bulb in and do the 1/4 turn.

Any help our guidance would be greatly appreciated!!

You need to go to a salvage yard and get that piece. Or start taking apart the car to fish it out. That part is a part of the headlamp assembly.

It is possible a dealer might be able to buy just that part, but it will be expensive.
