Hi,

I've recently purchased a 2011 sport, however it has an issue with the additional information screen.
All it says is a program cannot be read contact main dealer!! I have checked all the fuses and disconnected the batteries, has anyone else had this issue and managed to resolve it.

Check to make sure the SD card is inserted fully & correctly.

 

There is no sd card and the compartment is closed correctly, but thanks for the reply

 

Having no SD card is the cause of your problem.
