Default 2008 Mazda 3 hatchback question about fuel

hi I just bought a 2008 Mazda 3 hatchback, 2 .3L Touring
my question is that I fill up the gas tank to the Full 14.5 capacity. I always reset the trip meter back to zero whenever I go fill up. I notice that I get so little gas mileage on it. The max I got was about 220 miles before I have to fill up again. I did the calculation and that is about 15 miles per gallon. To me that seems a little bit too much gas for four cylinder. I did a full tune up and I thought that would be the problem but it still continues to give me the same gas mileage. Does anyone know what the problem is or is anyone else having the same issue. Thank you for all your help.

Cold Winter + Short Trips = Poor Mileage.
Change your PCV Valve.
Clean your MAF sensor, throttle body.
Put in Fuel System Cleaner.
It's also time for a cooling system flush and fill.
