Hi I have 2005 mazda 3 2.3 liter standard transmission 160000kms. A couple days ago it started making a clunking noise when accelerating in low gears it stops when cruising and dosen't make the noise in reverse i attached an audio file of the noise.

 

Too hard to tell from your audio. Could be wheel bearing, engine mounts, stone stuck in the brakes, a branch stuck underneath. Book it in with your local mechanic.
