Default '08 Front Air Dam snowbank damage

My daughter's '08 has hit several snowbanks and curbs when parking ("all by itself"). So far some zip ties and a boyfriend's shoelaces are holding it all together. I'll try to add a photo, but it won't show that some of the plastic panels under the front of the engine are gone, too - that may be the more important stuff.
So, should I replace all this plastic (and where do I find it?) OR, does it really matter? I could just cut away all the damage, patch/fix the bottom of the bumper cover and forget about it? My tendencies are to keep it like new, but I can't seem to find the parts anywhere and my area Mazda dealer has closed.
It's almost spring!
Thanks!
