want to know if there is a chip of sorts out there to make the vvt on the 2.0 more like a chiped Vtec honda i have heard about it but not to sure

 

there should be something out there like that. if there isn't, there should be soon. the vvt is the same basic thing as the v-tec or vvlt-i things that honda and toyota produce, so considering that there are controllers for those, there should be some for mazda soon.

 

I don't know about honda or Toyota, but I do know that mitsubishi's VVT use oil chambers in the cam gears and the adjust the levels of oil in them...

 

ok kool i figured that the vvt is almost the same as the VTEC i just hope i can find a chip that unleashes the beast lol
