Default 05 mazda 3 rough/low idle

Hi,
I am new on the forum and new to doing small repairs on my own vehicle. I have an 05 Mazda3 and have noticed it idling rough when stopped at intersections and has stalled twice before. In January I had a check engine light on and it read as a possible vacuum leak or bad sensor, however no leak was found and before I could replace any sensors the check engine light went away on its own. Now I am noticing the rough idling as well as a drop in fuel economy. I have replaced spark plugs, air filter, battery (due to other maintenance) and I have cleaned the MAF sensor with the suggested cleaner from Autozone. I saw a forum a little while ago that suggested using some sort of cleaner for the Evap Solenoid but I have not had any lock locating and image I can understand. If anyone has easy to follow instructions on how to do this and what cleaning solution to use or any other suggestions for what could be the problem and how to resolve it I would greatly appreciate it.

Thanks!

Default Same issue

I am having the same issue but only when i fuel up. And if i rev the motor a couple times over 5-6k rpm it smooths out. This happens if its at 3/4 full or gas light on about to run out.
