Default replacing navi unit?

I have this navi unit with controlls on the steering wheel.
It has bluetooth and I can connect my telephone.
But it is very limited for the rest and I want an option to copy my mobile in the unit. Something like car play, or android auto or something.
That I can use google maps, spotify, etc.
But is there a standard ISO connect system behind this unit?
Can I remove this unit and replace it with another 2 din unit or do I need a new bracket?
What cable do I need to keep the steering wheel option functional?

thanx

there is an option available to have CarPlay and android auto but you must have the Mazda connect system in your car

Default Apple Carplay

Hi, just tried to fit an after market apple car play screen to my son's Mazda 2 2014. It has an Alpine stereo unit but the connector is small compared to Mazda 2 with the standard cd player system. The connector that comes with it is large and red. So if I were you I would check what connector you have before purchasing a unit. Anyone know if you can purchase an adaptor.
