Default Replacement Oil Dipstick

Hi All,

I recently bought a 2008 Mazda 2 (TS2) and think the dipstick may be broken- it ends not far after the twist part and doesn't have a mark for me to measure against which seems odd.
I have no manual and the Mazda site doesn't include manuals for Mazda 2's older than 2014.

Does anyone know if this dipstick sounds correct or sounds like its broken?
If broken then does anyone know what replacement dipstick i should buy? I've googled dipsticks for Mazda 2 but you can't always trust what comes up so I want to check the spec first.

Thanks in advance for your help!

Sounds broken to me if its missing the minimum and maximum marks. Personally I would try some local scrap yards and Ebay.
Just an after thought, Mazda dealership might be the best place, that way it will be the correct part and it might not be as exspensive as you think.
