how to reactivate HUD

Default how to reactivate HUD
Hello. I have a 2016 Mazda 2. By mistake I deactivated the HUD trying to adjust the clock ( turn the display off and adjust the clock). The HUD is frozen. I tried Nav+Back+Mute to no avail. Any suggestions for reactivation?

In the menu for MZD it should be there,
