Central lock is not working(with and without) key and remote!

Central lock is not working(with and without) key and remote!
My mazda demio 2009 central lock is not working after installing rear door speakers! Key relay is working and doors can lock and unlock on each!I tried reset the ECU and keys!
Can it be the failure of the acctuator or any wiring hardness?Pls advice me!!!
