Default 2010 Used Mazda 2

Hei,

I am looking to buy a used Mazda 2 Neo 2010 model. The car has 128000 km on the clock and seems well taken care for. The problem is the guy who owned the car has it for the last two years and does have service record for these two years but
nothing before that. Do you guys think is this worth looking over? What are the important things I should check for such car as I am first time car buyer and just recently got my full license. Does it have a timing belt or chain?
Here is the gumtree ad for the car:

I would really appreciate your opinions.

Regards,

Timing chain. These cars are usually super reliable & very easy to maintain. Is there nothing in the service book?

Nope he has no service book as according to him previous owner lost it but he has four service receipts (6 months aprat) for the last two years he owned the car.

The car seems in good condition and drives smoothly but is it enough though?
