No, the owner/driver won't. But the engine will if the fluid has outlived its usefulness, especially if you live in an area of cold winters and/or hot summers.
If yours hasn't been changed in a while, it's cheap insurance, especially with aluminum engine parts and radiators. Do the drain and fill, if not a full on flush.
