I read in my Haynes manual that the thermostat has a little relief valve on it that has to be oriented a certain way. Can anyone that has changed a thermostat on their Tribute before tell me which way (i.e. on the top, 12 o'clock position or bottom, 6 o'clock position) that relief valve should be?

 

The "Jiggle Valve" needs to be in the 12 oclock position according to the haynes manual
