Hi, I have a 2005 Mazda Tribute Sports utility and I was hoping to "upgrade" the steering wheel with a Mazda 6 steering wheel. I'd like to install an Android powered Radio stereo and I'd like to have the buttons on the steering wheel to flip through songs, change volume, and other functions. Has anyone ever done something like this before? Any recommendations?

Given the Mazda Tribute is actually a Ford Escape, I highly-HIGHLY doubt the Mazda6 steering wheel electronics are even remotely transferable, in fact, I rather doubt the steering wheel itself would be mountable.
