I have an 08 Tribute 48K on it. My wife went to drive it and found the rear passenger door wouldn't open. The door lock is in the unlocked position and niether the inside or outside handle will open the door. I can't push the lock down into the locked position either. Has anyone else had this problem or got any ideas how to fix it. I've never had to fix a door I couldn't open. A little help would be greatly appreciated.
