I am doing a valve replacement job and as you know I will have to buy bolts and gaskets, in your opinion what brand should I use. and if you can refer me to a supplier would be great. Thank you.

I got all of my bolts from the local Ford dealership (Ford engine) and my upper and lower engine gasket kits are both Victor Reinz. I bought them from a local parts supplier, Car Quest.

New 4 - 1 header.

New Intake manifold, individual throttles and header mocked up to ensure that this beast will fit in the engine bay.

Will be a snug fit, however I do not foresee any issues.

Ended up pluming up the remote oil filter lines today.

I reused the original aluminum power steering cooling lines...... Figured if I was deleting PS might as well use the lines for something. Got to keep on budget...lol

I will be keeping the stock Escape/Tribute oil cooler/heater on this setup as well. I plan on running it at the remote filter location rather than at the block. That way any temp differential from running aluminum lines will be evened out.

Another step closer this weekend! Test fit of the serpentine belt with the A/C compressor removed, Bostig Power Steering delete kit and CFM Uner Drive Crank Pulley installed........ Threw in a new water pump and tension pulley as well.

Timing belt is on it's way......... Then I have to wait for someone to shovel the 8.5' of snow off the Tribute....lol
