Default Low Beams and High Beam Indicator Out

Hi,

I've got a 2002 Mazda Tribute.

Both of my low beam lights just stopped working. When I push the light switch forward to turn on the hi beams, the lights do come on, but the blue hi-beam indicator light on the instrumentation cluster doesn't light up (in any switch position). I am going to try replacing the relay and the bulbs, but I'm not sure that will fix it. Is this more likely a headlight switch failure (it's strange that the hi beam indicator light would not come on)?

Is there a good description somewhere on how to replace the combination headlight/turn-signal switch? Note that I have a tilt column steering wheel.

Turns out it was just that both of the low beam filaments were burned out. I looked at the wiring diagram and it looks like the electrical path for the hi-beam light dash indicator is cut if both low beam filaments fail. Now everything works fine.
