2003 Tribute here with a small, but annoying problem. My intermittent wipers work ... occasionally. They might not start up and operate, or they might be operating and then just quit. Regular wipers (slow, fast) work fine. It's the intermittent setting that is flaky. This just started happening. Now, the fact that they are working at all suggests that the relay isn't fried, and that maybe it's just worked itself a bit loose. Where exactly is this relay module? Maybe on the fuse panel somewhere? How easy is it to replace it?
