When i start my 04 tribute when its cold its almost like i have to Yank it down into reverse or drive from park its almost like its "sticking" in park ? Anyone else had this problem and what can i do to help fix it ? Thanks guys!

 

Are you parked on an incline when this happens? If so, the vehicle's desire to roll will be putting pressure on the transmission in park, making it difficult to move the shift lever out of P. If this is the case, when you park it, engage the parking brake first, then place the shift lever into P.
