Hello to all... I had someone repairing the engine (Lift Piston rod bearing), he took for ever, about 4 months and I had another mechanic to fish the job.

For those 4 months the engine compartment was without the hood (it was off). Now the 3 different scanner can not read or connect to the Computer ecu/ecm. I was told that I will need to replace the ecu/ecm...

my question is what else I will I need to configure if I change the ecu? like car key programing...etc...
