Does anyone have any info on how to replace a light in the gear selector indicator window just below the instrument cluster?

I am looking for an easy solution, I really don't want to remove the dash to get to the light. Any ideas? Oh ya, on a 2001 Mazda

When you find out, please let me know also. I suspect that it's not a job you and can do since we might have to take down the whole panel

 

according to manual this is for a 04 tribute disconect the airbag wire under the steering wheel then remove steering wheel take out two dashboard screws and pull with both hands to remove dash
