Hi all .

I get the battery light coming on now where in the past, it didn't where I ended up having the alternator replaced. I'm pretty sure that it's the alternator as I revv the engine up to ~3500rpm and the light goes off. Any higher and it begins to "sputter". Is there a better brand of alternators vs Mazda OEM? This will be my 4th alternator and getting tired of having to replace it every 1-2 years and the labor cost is a bit more as the right front wheel assembly (rotor, axle, etc) has to be removed to get access.
