After I start the tribute a tapping of click sound starts. The car stars fine. The sound last until you get going usually. Any help would be appreciated?

It's probably the valve tappets clattering because they are not getting lubricated well, as the oil is cold and thick. Once the oil warms up it thins out and is able to get into those tight valve tappet clearances. This noise will also occur if engine oil is low. Have you checked it?
