2003 Tribute Parking Brake Adj.
Hello,
Does anyone know how to adjust the parking brake in the tribute. Mine is totally inaffective, just noticed this the other day. Not sure if there is an adustment under the center console area.

There is an adjustment nut for the cable right at the base of the lever. 10mm nut turned clockwise should tighten it up. Center console upper finish panel should pull straight up to release the retaining clips to give you access to the nut.
