Default 2001 tribute rear steel brake lines

Hello. I need to replace the short steel brake lines that come from the left and right rear brake wheel cylinders. I was trying to remove the wheel cylinders and due to all of the rust, I twisted both of the steel lines off. I was wondering if the 2001 ford escape lines would be the same? I have found several new lines for the escape that look exactly like mine but none or my escape. Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you.

If your tribute is like mine, almost all the hard parts on it, engine, trans, pretty much everything except the body panels and interior stuff will interchange with the Escape. My motor and trans have ford stamped all over them.
