Default 2 location evap system leak

2003 tribute v6 auto. With vehicle off and key off, smoke added through evap test port under the hood is leaking from two locations. The first is the canister vent solenoid connected to the canister vapor canister near the tank. The second leak is near the fuel filler neck coming from the black open connection shown in the photo attached. I don't see this hose in the schematic. Is smoke supposed to be leaking from the hose by the filler neck?

upon further investigation, this appears to be the normal vent and is not considered a leak or supposed to connected to anything near the filler neck
