‘01 Tribute LX V6

Ex recently purchased this car for our daughter. 119k on the odo. $3500. Honestly don’t know if she paid too much. Prob so. No maintenance records. Just wondering from you long time owners what issues should be popping up and or problems, if any, with this model. Appreciate any and all responses. Thanks

Main thing for me was oil and filter, trans oil change and check the COPs and plugs, plugs should be ok but any hint of feeling a misfire and change out the COPs even if no codes.
