Default RX-8 Power steering problem

I have an 04 RX8 that I recently got and the EPS hasn't worked since I got it. I have pulled the wire harness and checked that and it is clean and looks good so it's not that.
I am not getting power to the high tension plug located at the top of the radiator. I checked the EPS fuse at the battery and that is OK as well.
I OHMed the feed that comes off the fuse with the + side of the plug and have no continuity.
So where could I be loosing cont?? Also should the high tension plug have 12v constantly to it????
HELP!!??

There has to be at least one sharp rotorhead here that can give me a spin in the right direction on this EPS issue..??

Usually it will be the short harness (that you have already checked), or the actual module. Trace the wires & make sure that there is not a break somewhere.

Default eps

did you zero in the steering? lift up the front tires & set them straight, then let the car back down. the reason most of the time this happens is the over flow hose is short & right over that gray mail/femail connector. your overflow tank can overflow without you knowing it and that antifreeze will get in there. you can ( after the fix ) get about 3 feet of rubber hose & extend it between your fans & out the bottom & will never have that problem again...
