Hey so my rx8 is reading 12v in the engine bay and 10.5v inside the car. And my ignition switch has no power.

Anyway . Your Mazda ,did you Check all the fuses for there voltage? And more so the main You should have 12 volts to some because the main lead comes from the battery directly to the main fuse panel.

Sorry I can’t use the AllData to post the schematic but here is one I found that may be easy to use?

You should be first checking the main terminal going into the fuse box as I pictured.

As for the battery charging it is not the same thing as checking its condition. The only fundamental way to do that is to have it load tested. there are a few places close to you that will test the battery for free.
When you are looking to solve electrical issues that is the first step that should not be skipped.
To do the load test which only takes about 30mseconds the battery must be at least 12.50 volts. Otherwise, the result will be charge and retest. I would not be surprised the results will indicate a battery needing to be replaced. i.e. failed.

Hi.
I would suggest checking your grounding wires are clean and secure.

Also, the little 'cheap' terminals can stretch over time, and even though the bolts are fully tightened, the terminals could be 'loose'.

I replaced mine with top bolt wedge terminals.
A huge improvement from the weak little OEM terminals.
