Default Help! Mazda Regional Reps.

I have a 2004 RX-8 that has been in the shop more than I've driven it. The newest problem is that it stalls and shuts off while driving or slowing down, even on the highway. I've gotten everything from new spark plugs, new motor mount and other 'quick fixes' to put me back on the road, but eventually back in the shop within the next couple weeks. After two near misses of serious accidents on the highway in this car, I've had it. I'm wondering if anyone knows how to contact the regional representative for Mazda in the Midwest. Also if anyone has had any luck getting Mazda to buy a car back that clearly has a manufacturer's defect. I would prefer to contact them first before I have to sue. My dealer pretty much refuses to give me anyone to contact besides Mazda North America in CA. Any help on how to proceed with this issue would be helpful. Thanks!
